Hey guys, Just wondered if any one new any good methods other than surgery for removing a ganglion cyst. Its on my left wrist and has been there for years i do ultra sound treatments every so often did on last night and it woke up super soar today though it is loosing up as i work it...Ive heard eating some type of chalk can help....Any helo or info is very much appericated!!...Thanks
