good evening,

looks like a pretty good foundation to Me... certainly no expert on women's competition, so bear that in Mind...

cardio... your profile says you already do that... so tighten the diet some... I'd do back and leg work I think, with some triceps in there as well... you've got good shoulders, and biceps get over emphasized pretty easily, so some work with them, but trust the deadlift/pullups/lat work to do most of the biceps work for you...

rows, upright, seated, bent over...
good mornings
stiff leg deadlift
lat pulldowns hands both pro and supinated...
triceps work
bench press

I'd start with that... and shrugs... but your shoulders look pretty good already, so keep that in mind also...

Your lean enough with apparent ab development and so I don't believe that dieting will to too difficult for you. Working more on muscle development to bring out a bit more fullness in the legs and across the shoulders will be of value. This will be fun! Lift

I cheated and went to imageshack... ***grin***... doesn't change anything I said above at all, just adding this...

because you clearly do cardio and do it well, your legs look pretty lean... if you want size there, you're going to have to dedicate some time and effort to My {{all sarcasm intended}} favorite exercise... the squat... there's just no getting around it, it's the best overall developer there is, working every major muscle group in the body... I'd push for heavy in the squat, to gain some size, and trust the cardio to keep from bulking too much...

two days a week for legs max, and not on days you run... don't get sucked into the rep game for squats, push heavy and go deep.. it'll do nearly all of the size/development in the legs and lower back that you want...

When you feel like:puke2: you have had a great squat session. Finishing off a good leg workout with walking DB lunges are a favorite of mine.....oh yeah....great pics!
