Thoughts: Not too bad.. gonna work on the Brettzel I think.

Warm Up: KB and some joint mobility - 9:00

Face the wall squats: 5x10

Renegade Rows: 16kg 3x5

Seated Press: 12kg: 3x5
--
Swings: 16kg 3x10

Roller and Stretch: 21:30

Thoughts: Swings! Yay! Tried the Brettzel, too.... that will take some practice.

Thoughts: Pretty good today. Hip feels better, but now just stiff. The quad is pretty tight, too. Hopefully it'll be fully recovered soon.

Thoughts: Felt pretty good today. Hip flexor is feeling better. Had a massage last night for the shoulders and glutes and it seemed to make the pull ups a bit higher today. Or maybe it's all in my head.

Swings: 16kg 10x10 with :30 rest

Loaded Cleans: 24kg 5/5/5 per side

Roller @ Stretch: 21:00

Thoughts: It felt oddly nice to do the TJB. I considered doing another set of ten, but my hip opted out.

Something is odd with my left knee during TGUs. I feel a semi-pliable bump. Been there for some time now. It hurts to kneel on it.

Overall, not too bad today. My hip flexor is still a bit sore. A different sore. I'll see how it feels later.

Thoughts: My right quad is tight.. this is part of my hip flexor problem, too. Chiro is aware. Somehow I gotta loosen it up.. massage? Something tells me that would be wildly painful.

Thoughts: Not too bad... need to keep stretching the hip flexor and quads - still very tight.

Thoughts: HF is still pretty tight and this seems to be affecting my quad. Trying to keep everything stretched on a regular basis. I think I may have aggravated it crouching last night. Ugh.

Three C&P ladders of three rungs with pullups with the 16kg.

Scapular retraction: 3x10

Bat Wings: 3x5

Roller & Stretch: 24:00

Thoughts: Not too bad. Not sure I did the bat wings correctly.. I will explore.

HF and Quad are still tight and stiff. They do seem to be loosening up, though.

Been back to working out since March 12th. Maybe a break?

Last night I did some face the wall squats, halos and the pump for about 9:00... then 5:00 of TGUs.

This morning, 30:00 of yoga.

I'm thinking this may be about the only thing that you haven't done,, except perhaps Tai Chi.

I hope that you enjoy the yoga experience but honestly expect to see you into Tai Chi some day.

Supinated Ring Rows: 10/6/6

Roller & Stretch: not sure how long.. didn't start the watch. Added a few yoga moves for areas that need stretching.. which is pretty much all of them.

Thoughts: Felt pretty good today. I seem to be pretty close to back to normal.
