Thoughts: No wrist flexion today... I seem to be falling apart! So, I bailed on planned TGUs. Did a few swings (15) and things felt okay.. we'll see what class brings tonight. I even tried a muscle up today.. hahahahaha...

- Quad Hop - study this more
Swings: 16kg - 300 in total - down to 6919
Roller & Stretch: 16:00 - 10:00 of which was roller and the rest lower body stretching.
Thoughts: Pistols were alright.. need to work on the right side... neither side is really smooth or greased. I also need to work the crow in more. Same with the quad hop. Hamstring is not too bad. It still feels a bit tight and I'm leery of hurting it again.
By the way,,, my wife finally picked up one of those foam rollers that you have been speaking about for a long time,,, really likes it so far. We're both hoping that it will help with her back pain. Definitely worth a try!
