Thoughts: No wrist flexion today... I seem to be falling apart! So, I bailed on planned TGUs. Did a few swings (15) and things felt okay.. we'll see what class brings tonight. I even tried a muscle up today.. hahahahaha...

Swings (16kg): 20/20/20 - 7944 left - 441.33 per day (not including today)

Roller and Stretch: 12:30

Thoughts: Swings felt great. Wanted to do more, but felt it was best to quit while it didn't hurt. :)

Warm Up: 6:40

Practice:
- Pistols 5L/5R
- Crow - work on this a bit more
- Quad Hop - study this more

Swings: 16kg - 300 in total - down to 6919

Roller & Stretch: 16:00 - 10:00 of which was roller and the rest lower body stretching.

Thoughts: Pistols were alright.. need to work on the right side... neither side is really smooth or greased. I also need to work the crow in more. Same with the quad hop. Hamstring is not too bad. It still feels a bit tight and I'm leery of hurting it again.

Overall, not too bad.

700 Swings,,,,, Wow!!!!!

By the way,,, my wife finally picked up one of those foam rollers that you have been speaking about for a long time,,, really likes it so far. We're both hoping that it will help with her back pain. Definitely worth a try!

Swings: Variety of weights 24kg/16kg (feels real light after swinging the 24) and the 32kg for about 30 swings. Total - 425. Leaves me with 3075. Doable.

Roller & Stretch: 6:30 - had to get out of the room as a class was starting.

Thoughts: Did five pullups too... just to see... I'm planning on the 20 pullup challenge again and to be able to knock out five clean ones after 425 swings made me smile.

Thoughts: Gonna try the 20 pull up challenge again.. see how that goes... pleased to see I knocked out 9 without too much of a problem.

The amount of swings will shrink tonight as I have a class, so I'll do some there, too...

I feel a bit different.

Pistols: 2 sets of 3 per side

Long Cycle Clean & Jerk: bailed

Roller & Stretch: 12:00

Thoughts: Had to bail on the pullups and the LCCJ - fingers are still sore from the Swing Challenge. Must have been some serious force on them. So no pulls like that for a while.

Pistols - straight leg wants to veer out to the side. Plus, I get a pull on the quad on the straight leg, too.

Overall, not real pleased with today. I'll have to let the fingers rest.
