Swings: 7:00 - 20 to 30 second rest with 20kg bell - 145 reps.
Roller & Stretch: 17:30
Thoughts: Slightly stiff back this morning.. low back... I did some windmills last night and feel that may have tweaked it a bit... I did three per side TGUs last night before hand, but I don't think that had anything to do with it.
Overall, today went alright... hopefully the back smartens up.
