The remainder of 2011 was indeed awesome, I am one blessed woman, I am one thankful gal. This year has indeed been sealed with a kiss, wrapped with a hug and covered with magical moments. Translated the good far outweighed the bad and just being fully alive is it's own reward. I finished my last half marathon of the season in Las Vegas earlier this month. How neat it was to able to run the strip at night.

my thrill for playing with the weights has not diminished as always I am feeling the luv.

2012 is right around the corner and it is going to be a wondrous doozy. 52 weeks to improve or strengths, overcome some of our weaknesses and enhance our potential.

Road warrior is right, what a wild year thus far. I only did one marathon this year and it was a doozy. I barely have six months left to pump it up and reach my 2012 goals so pray that I will do myself proud and surpass my previous goal. Okay be blessed all and keep sharing the kindness and the love.

Wow,,, this is so inspirational in that I remember when you were just training for your first marathon and what a struggle/journey it was. The early days were baby steps as you tuned your body and your confidence to be in line with your goal. Now,,, you comment about doing "only did one marathon this year" as if you have lost ground to make up for.

My drive and determination is often met with fierce reluctance but the vision keeps pulling, driving, pushing me forward. Thanks for sharing a hello and as always I wish you peace.

It is important to celebrate the beauty of that all you are. Don't lose sight of your value, worth and unique design. Stop trying to measure up, simply rejoice in the fact that you are one of a kind, complete with your own kind of beauty.



Cleanse your heart of trying to be like anyone other than yourself. Strive only to be the best version of you. Self-rejection is a horrid curse, it doesn't matter what others say about you but what you think and say is of utmost importance. If you have a negative, warp view of yourself, transform your mind and think anew.

Now is time to step into a higher level by celebrating you. 

The family of mankind is simply a bouquet of humanity. You are a lovely flower with an important role to play.Blossom, and flourish in your own garden, so that you can perform the tasks, that you alone were designed to do.

The complex design of womankind is simply a treasure chest of beautiful jewels , you are a precious jewel, you were created to glitter and shine.



Celebrate yourself and allow others to rejoice over you. Refuse to be a clone.
