did legs tonight....same as usual. Didnt do the inny/outty thighs LOL... didnt feel like it and besides I did enough this week. I need to rest up a bit b4 I leave sunday mornin... still getting up early tomorrow for spin and bi/tri,s tomorrow night...

Decent spinning session this am. As expected my HR wasnt all that high but it's ok still had a good workout, and besides, my HR is always a bit lower the day after I do my legs at the gym... I feel WONDERFUL :)

Great workout tonight. Upped the weight on one or 2 exercises and boy do I feel my arms... and i did a bit of grocery shopping after... good lord didnt I work my biceps enough for the night but to carry 2 heavy bags by bus ? LOL

Things went good..... Off tomorrow, massage tomorrow night, not sure about saturday (besides the HIIT of the am) an then getting a hair cut later...

No spin this am... I had all good intentions but felt too tired and I think its time I relaxed a bit and this vacation Im leaving for tomorrow will do me good :)

Weight was up 1.2 lbs to 154.4 ! I blame this on the pretzles (2 serving) and the pack of gum I had before bed LOL... the inches are the same and its ok cant expect a loss all the time.

Was up at 6am, now having breakfast.

So that's it for me... I'll be working out only when I get to Honolulu and this, Monday or tuesday.....

ahhh sweet !

things are good here. I did do some spinning sunday am before I left for Honolulu.. so thats good. did hit the gym yesterday and today also. Got myself a lady trainer for 5 sessions so that

I just bought a plow to mount on the front of my GAS GUZZLING SUV (written with pride) and while I'm out plowing my drive, your in sunny Honolulu :rolleyes:

LOL .. you kill me dude :))

Im leaving tomorrow night. Been raining cats and dogs for the past day and I hope it wont rain tomorrow morning cuz im doing the 10k walk as part of the Honolulu Marathon...

Gained about 10 lbs.. and i was just eating anything and everything on my path here... chocolate, macadamia nuts, fast food.. u name it.. i dont know why, I just did.

Back on diet starting Tuesday LOL
Back at the gym on Tuesday night!

Did hit the gym 6x and got myself a trainer... she is GOOD !!! Her name is Lori Brooks and she works at the Powerhouse gym in Honolulu on Keawi (sp) street. She does figure competitions and she has a killer body let me tell ya..

so wanted to touch base with you guys. If you want to see pictures of my trip, go to this addy and look up the folders HAWAII 2008 ...

Im home safe and back to sleet, ice and cold LOL... that's Montreal for you !

Was surprised that I only gained 7 lbs while on vacation. My gf's scale is ****ed up =)) It gave me almost.. uh well never mind LOL... So im back on track as of this morning. Was up at 4:30am.. had enough sleep (was in bed at 6:30pm). Didnt sleep much on the plane either so I couldnt wait to get back home. My brother came to pick me up at the airport so that was good, saved me over 60$ of cab fair as it took 1 hour to get home, got the traffic pretty bad, it usually takes 30 min.

So did my spin this am very easy though. Planned on 1 hour but 45 min was more than enough. Got my breakfast, my usual oatmeal and supplements etc. Now cooking my food (its 7 am now LOL), washing my clothes and doing other stuff. i got a roll of film to go have develop and i need to have pics reprinted etc...

Ok time to get back to other things... ill be reposting now.. since Im home safe :)

Welcome back. Sounds like it was a great trip. I checked out the pics,,,,,,,,, nothing like getting away from all that warmth and scenery and getting back to the real cold world ,,,,,,,

Thanks to the both of you ! I was sooo happy to be back at the gym and see the people around again, I had almost tears in my eyes how happy i was to return... i know im goofy LOL...

Did do my chest/shoulders tonight. did the same type as Lori made me do at Powerhouse, i did my first 4 exercises did them back to back, then abs, repeated for a total of 3 times, then onto my other 4, same thing..... Did a bit lower weights but did 12 to 15 reps.

Can't wait to go back tomorrow, LEGS.... yehaaaaaaaaa :)
