Hi there.
I am training, and have been for a few months now, for my first competitions. I have been working out all my life, but just this year started to eat clean and really take up bodybuilding.
One problem that I have run into pretty often is waking up in the middle of the night, (sometimes twice a night) and experiencing severe hot-flash like symptoms. My whole body literally feels like it is on fire. This especially happens (but hasn't been limited to) after leg days.
I was wondering: what the science is behind it? if anyone else has experienced it?
