Body Opus 3 years 8 months ago #26095

Anybody tried body opus? If so. How did ya structure it? What were your experiences? Muscle loss etc? Im pretty happy so far. Leaning out real fast.

Combining Body Opus with Dog Crap training. Low rep heavy training to keep strength and muscle up. What you guys think?

Body Opus may indeed be a valuable resource that works for both natural and enhanced athletes, however I have always considered it to be more relevant for the enhanced athlete and have therefore not paid much attention to it.

If you are going to follow this program as a natural, I would love to read your results.

I owned a copy of Duchaines Opus and it really IS focused more toward the gear user. Some of his ideas are pretty out there and I dont know how well a natural lifter would fair but I'd be hugely interested in finding out.

If anyone decides to give it a shot please keep a detailed log to include mood. A lot of people fail to chronicle how their diet/training endeavors effect that part of the picture.

So,,, since that supports my presupposition,,, does that mean that you can judge a book by its cover? :o

For anyone interested, "Offtopic Radio" on RX muscle's website will be doing a show next Wednesday or Thursday (not sure) dedicated to Dan Duchaine with interviews of friends and those who actually knew him.

Im getting great results...With carbs my insulin levels bounce around like a roller coaster.Im always lothargic and tired when eating carbs. I have tried dieting on carbs before without success. Normally P50g/C20-40/F10-15 with moderate cardio with no results.I am 0-positive blood group.I naturally gravitate towards red meat.My body seems to prefer fat as its energy scource. I have loads of energy and increased strength relevant to this bodyweight. Also my lean mass has gone up.

Also think about this Body Opus = low insulin(no carbs) and high Gh, High fat = high testosterone. Its asif ones body becomes more primitive.

In modern urban culture our bodies are often sacrificed to the pace of our hectic existence and the weight of our obligations. Nearly all of us suffer from some sort of bodily stress, whether it be from specific injuries or trauma, anxiety in the workplace, pressures at home, the frustrations of LA traffic, or just having to be too many places at one time At Body Opus we believe in the transformative power of massage. The "opus" of the name refers to "the work" in medieval and renaissance alchemy, where it describes the final product, gold or the philosopher's stone, in a process of refining baser materials. It is also meant to refer to the Jungian sense of the alchemical "opus," as the end result of the process of individuation, of becoming whole.
