hello boyz and girls!

Like a lot of people on this forum i try to loose some extra fat (5 kilos for me =11 pounds )

I have a good training BUT i am not very strong against food!....Fortunately i don't like junk food but it is very difficult for me to cut the carbs..........grrrrrrrrr.....because of my size?(6/4)

So do you have any ideas to do when i am "hungry" (wash my teeth etc....lol)

As a former full contact fighter I fighted against monsters ......but to fight against myself is very hard...........

Give me some advices and God will help you!!! (joke)

Carbs in and of themselves are not bad. They become a bad food choice when they are overly processed and stripped of the fiber and nutrients that naturally accompany them.

Now, if you are hungry, you should eat. There is no reason to starve yourself unless you are on a hunger strike ("God will help you") Gotcha :D

Fresh fruits and vegetables are mostly clean carbs provided that you don't go overboard. They are natural, unprocessed and if you don't overcook the veggies,,,,, they won't get stuck between your teeth.

The bottom line is that carbs become bad when over processed but in their natural state and consumed within limits they are a healthy choice.

what everyone else said, on top make sure you are not to low on fat. Eating enough fat is essential to not getting uncomfortably hungry on a calorie deficit. At least this my experience but everyone is different.
Current stats: 5'7", 155lbs, ~14% bf through BIA
I am no expert everything I say is an educated opinion at best!
Don't make excuses, if you are not getting there work hard, use knowledge, be patient and reap the rewards.

Two star ingredients of our salads are romaine lettuce and arugula . Both are excellent sources of anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant nutrients helpful for maintaining health, and staying young.

Studies indicate that for several hours after you eat a large bowl of fresh lettuce, there may be a significant increase in your blood of

1. Beta-carotene
2. Quercetin, a potent bioflavonoid
3. Important phenolics
4. Vitamin C
5. Total antioxidant activity
