Carbs in and of themselves are not bad. They become a bad food choice when they are overly processed and stripped of the fiber and nutrients that naturally accompany them.
Now, if you are hungry, you should eat. There is no reason to starve yourself unless you are on a hunger strike ("God will help you") Gotcha
Fresh fruits and vegetables are mostly clean carbs provided that you don't go overboard. They are natural, unprocessed and if you don't overcook the veggies,,,,, they won't get stuck between your teeth.
The bottom line is that carbs become bad when over processed but in their natural state and consumed within limits they are a healthy choice.
