yeah, zinc is a mineral, if deficient you will def. feel a difference, with recovery and strength.. It also helps with wound healing (not sure if that matters to you) just take it in moderation or in a combination with magnesium and b6..
"ZMA" zinc + magnesium +b6 is pretty good, you take it before bedtime..naturally boosts growth hormones when taken before bed.. (happens during sleep)..
tribulus is the main "herb" sold for boosting testosterone in men.. its in most of the test boosting supplements advertized.. a lot safer than dhea which mess with your hormones..
avena sativa and tonkgat ali, arent always mentioned but they are also natural ways to boost up your testosterone and libido..
i personally only tried ZMA, and i love it.. side effcts are having really vivid dreams! I recover from my workout a lot quicker.. After leg day, Off ZMA it would take me about 5 days for soreness to leave.. with ZMA maybe a day or 2.. also felt weaker when i stopped ZMA for 2 weeks.. though it was all in my head til i cycled it a couple of times..
Im too young to mess with the other stuff but i hear they work, no need to purchase those big expensive bottles of things you see advertised on magazines..
