I am trying to debate how to take this, I know it says take 3 tablets daily with food, as all in one time. But couldn't I just take 1 tablet per my 3 small meals daily? Just wondering unless for OPTIMUM performance it is best to take all three at the same time.

While you can take all three at once,,, slitting into 3 doses may actually give you a better benefit. Only a few vitamins are stored in the body while the body quickly excretes that it doesn't need of the rest. Dividing into 3 servings may give you a more sustained benefit.

My 2 cents

i bought the exact same vitamins, i take them 2-3 times a day (when i remember lol) but since i'm taking a break from lifting to let my immune system recover (4 colds so far this year, and this one is going on it's 2nd week) i'm not as diligent as usual. I'm with Lift, spread the intake out throughout the day.. kindof simulates a slow release.

Sounds like a simpler plan then taking them all at once lol. I know I seen some people take them all at once but think too much is sort of an overload in some sense. I mean too much of one vitamin can have some side effects but still not properly proven.

Anyways taking my three through out the day and just going to do that and take my fish caps one in the morning and one at night.

Hey Diesel, quick question do these vitamins make your urine turn a bright yellow? I was going to take them more slowly and start off with just 1 a day and had to pee and it came out a really bright yellow. I was reading online it was nothing to worry about because it was linked to vitamins but was wondering if it happened to you as well? Just because I am also Diabetic, have to take certain measures around what I do. I sat and researched each vitamin and mineral in that canister to see how it effected people with Diabetes and nothing said it was bad and even looked at all Vitamins and minerals on WebMD and said the same.

Well anyways let me know when you get the chance! Thanks!
