The natural methods are powerful.
If you approach bodybuilding from a natural angle your body will progress to better and better states of homeostasis.
These are real, lasting, and ideal states of health.
Taking drugs throws your homeostasis out of kilter and is essential f@cking with the machinery. Then you need more drugs to 'iron out the creases'.
The quick fix lifestyle is a plague and a disease.
For me the natural route is the only route to fulfillment.
