Have you always been in shape?
No, was 280 lbs. 5 years ago.
How did you get started in physique competitions?
Always had the passion set a goal and just did it.

Describe your training philosophy:
Time under Tension. Every set is 30-40 sec.
What are your favorite exercises?
Compound Movements

What is your diet like in the off season?
5 days strict (mon-fri). Weekends I have a cheat meal.
Describe your diet during contest prep:
Small meals 6 times a day. Carbs post workout only. Eggs are my main source of protein. Lots of greens and some essential fats.

What supplements have worked for you? Creatine, Glutamine, Whey, Beta Alanine, L-Arginine, and Essential Amino Acids.

What advice would you give to aspiring athletes?
Be confident and educate yourself.
If I can stand on a stage in front of a mass amount of people. I can do just about anything.

What are your plans for the future?
To continue growing mentally and physically, and to be a positive role model.
