I am always looking for new articles for the natural trainer. Please contact me if you would like your article to appear on the Lift for Life.com site. If your article is accepted, it will be given prominent display on the Lift for Life.com home page for a period of time and them migrated to the general articles page. You may include your contact information, web site information or other details that you wish to include or promote. These details will be maintained on the page that contains your article.

In the early days of this website I tried to answer all letters. Now there simply isn’t enough time.
