How did you get started in physique competitions? A portfolio was one of the prizes for the first competition I entered. I wanted the portfolio for fitness modeling

Describe your training philosophy: Training is my art- I train to express how I feel
What are your favorite exercises? Lunges, bench press, pull ups, leg press

What is your diet like in the off season? I keep it clean, fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken, very little junk food
Describe your diet during contest prep: I keep it cleaner than usual

What supplements have worked for you? NO Xplode, Cell Mass, Egg Protein

What advice would you give to aspiring athletes? Allow your success be an expression of who you are and not who others tell you you should be

What have you learned about yourself as a physique competitor? I get to express myself thru the posing and competition routine – I love that

What are your plans for the future? I want to inspire others to get into natural body building. It’s a great way of life
