Have you always been in shape? I started taking fitness more serious about 4 years ago while working at a gym in Amory MS, all the guys in that gym were serious about it and it push me to take my commitment up How did you get started in physique competitions? After powerlifting for a couple of years, I was called a powerbuilder bc of my structure and a few guys gave me the endorsement to pursue bodybuilding
Describe your training philosophy: My philosophy is simple: PRAY HARD TRAIN HARD WORK HARD, there are no limitation in the gym or life only what we limit ourselves What are your favorite exercises? I really love benching and squatting but have recently taken a shine to power shrugs
What is your diet like in the off season? Offseason I tend to eat like I want Describe your diet during contest prep: I cut water intake and my junk food really learning how to put that part of my training together
What supplements have worked for you? Jack 3d has been a very good supplement that I have use before, but other than that I have been supplement free for last 4 months and feel a whole lot stronger What advice would you give to aspiring athletes? Don't allow no one to build you up and don't allow anyone to tear you down.
What have you learned about yourself as a physique competitor? I HATE TO LOSE
What are your plans for the future? I want to b a duel threat, I want to be none as not just a bodybuilder or powerlifter, I want to be none as a powerbuilder and dominate both sides of the yard.
