What is your training philosophy?
Set a long term goal and do what ever it takes and make what ever time you can to keep your health in check for as long as you can to reach that goal and beyond. I am now 46, my only son is 4...when he is graduating from school in 13 years I will be close to 60. Now to me, that is my incentive goal to be healthy enough to continue to enjoy life with my own son for the next couple of decades.
What is your diet like?
Ultimate orange with a fat burner before working out.
Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal with 2 scoops of protein. Add Splenda and Cinamon for flavor
Mid Morning: I scoop of Cytogainer and 1 scoop of 100% Whey protein
Lunch: 1 Cup of whole wheat pasta with 1/2 breast of chicken
Mid afternoon: I scoop of Cytogainer and 1 scoop of 100% Whey protein
Late afternoon: 2 rice cakes with peanut butter
Dinner: Large omelet with 3 cheeses egg white, 2 slices of FF Cheese and 1/2 breast of chicken with half of that going into the omelet and the other half going into a salad.
Who are your role models?
Any individual who is now in their 50's and above who trains hard to compete up on stage. It doesn't matter what you look like on stage, just knowing that you are accomplishing a goal that I would like to accomplish is setting a good enough role model for me.
What advice would you give to new athletes?
Set you goals, don't expect overnight success and continue to plug away to sculpture your body into the finest physique men and women have ever seen
