Meet Natural Athlete Troy Eckonen of Pompano Beach Florida, an athlete so dedicated to fitness that he even owns his own gym.
As a Lifetime Natural athlete and veteran competitor, Troy admits that it has been a challenge "not to juice".

With several competition victories under his belt, Troy's physique is paying off Naturally!

Troy began training at 28 years of age at a bodyweight of 151 lbs. Though he calls himself a "mesomorph", he now packs a ripped 184 lbs and a trophy winning physique.
Troy likes to stay close to his competition weight, which allows him to be ready for any show in only 7 weeks.
