Meet Steven Thompson – 30 year old bodybuilder from Colorado Springs.

As a Personal Trainer, and the owner of a Health & Nutrition Store, Steven practices what he preaches.

With a background in Hockey, Motocross (prior AMA Pro Card), and now Bodybuilding, Steven knows levels of intensity that most people can only imagine.

And one need look no further than the artwork on his arm to know that this guy has Attitude. With three competitions already under his belt, and three top 5 placements in the open heavyweight class, Steven is more than a contender, he is a force to be reckoned with.

The Art of Nutrition

“I grew up playing hockey and racing motocross, actually had my ama pro license
for a while but retired due to injuries,  I started to "bodybuild" in 2000
and did my first show in the fall of 2003.  I go back and forth usually
training hard with the weights in the winter and racing motocross and
mountain bikes in the warmer months.
