Joseph Valdez

Joe Valdez, I'm 36 years old and a Acura technician by trade. My stats are as follows:
Height: 5'8 Weight: 200 offseason  176.5 contest. I compete in Npc and Muscle Mania sanctioning bodies for bodybuilding.

I have been competing for 3 years and training for over 6. My favorite
Exercise would have to be old school deadlifts.

My favorite body part would have to be back. As for my training philosophy I am currently using the dc (dogcrapp) style of training. My hobbies would include snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing, mountain biking and reading. In a nutshell the bodybuilding lifestyle changed my life, I'm in the best shape of my life right now and getting better!
