My name is Evan Solice, and I am a lifetime natural bodybuilder.  I'm currently 19 years old, and have been seriously bodybuilding training for three years, and competing for two.  I am 6'0, and 175lbs, but growing bigger and better by the day!!  I attend the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Louisiana, and I'm studying Exercise Science, with the hopes of one day becoming an incredible personal trainer.  My greatest dream is to first win the overall title at a local NPC show, then enter into a natural league such as the NGA of the INBF, and win my pro card there.  I'm sure that by the time I've hit my peak and reached my potential, the force of my presence onstage will be undeniable.

I began working out when I was about 13. I was always very interested in working out, and as a young boy I was always very active, and would do innumerable pullups on our swing set, and pushups at night. I played many sports, too, but truthfully was quite horrible at all of them (hence why I lift weights now). However, when my Dad bought me a weight set for my 13th birthday, we started working out together on our back porch, and I was addicted.

As I grew, I learned to work my whole body (like LEGS) and had to play catch-up from a few years of working only upper-body. I was on my powerlifting team in high school, and though I loved lifting heavy weight, my heart was always in bodybuilding. Now, I strictly pursue muscle gain instead of strength.

One tip I would give other bodybuilders is to experiment and always search for what works for YOUR body. Always listen to your body and strive to get a connection with every rep of every exercise. Good form and concentration will be what separates you from the others.
