1. How did you get started in Bodybuilding? Got started about 3 years ago just working out. When the 6 pack came, I just kept it going and now I compete against the steroid users. lol
2. What is your training philosophy? Eat right, train hard, be the best possible you.
3. What is your diet like? I eat a simple diet. High protein, moderate carb diet with little of the bad fats.
4. Who are your role models? ERNESTINE SHEPHERD, reference the link provided. (Ernestine Shepherd) She is now 72 years old and competes as a fellow natural bodybuilder. If she can do it, I can't imagine any excuse why I can't be in the best possible condition.

5. What advice would you give to new athletes? Don't complain about it if your not gonna do anything about. Everyone has the body of their dreams. Eat right, train hard and it'll come out.
