Interview:

Have you always been in shape?
I've always been athletic
How did you get started in physique competitions?
I played college softball and have always been athletic, but once I graduated and entered "the real world" I didnt have anything to compete for physically.

Describe your training philosophy:
Go hard all the way because I wont be able to sleep if I know in the back of my mind I could have done a little more.
What are your favorite exercises?
Deep squats and arnold press.

What is your diet like in the off season?
Clean with a few indulgences and cheat meals here and there.
Describe your diet during contest prep:
A ton of fish and veggies. 7 meals a day and 3 protein skakes.

What supplements have worked for you?
LMR sports Nos FX. Gives me energy and a great pump during workous.

What advice would you give to aspiring athletes? Your mind must be just as fit as your body because diet is hard!
What have you learned about yourself as a physique competitor?
That I have very mature muscle in my legs but lack maturity in my shoulders. So now that I am in the off-season, I am really training hard to bulk my upper body so I am proportioned and even.

What are your plans for the future?
My main goal is to earn my pro card and get a sponsorship.
