Interview:
- Have you always been in shape? Physically fit, ever since I can remember, but toned and lean didn’t happen until I began competing.
- How did you get started in physique competitions? A co-worker of mine inspired me when I was working a summer job as a forest firefighter.
- Describe your training philosophy: Every inch you put in is every inch you get out.
- What are your favorite exercises? Shoulder press, bicep curls and chopper sit ups to name a few.

- What is your diet like in the off season? Fairly lean with a few more additions onto my contest diet like fruits, almonds, protein shakes and salmon.
- Describe your diet during contest prep: Very lean with chicken, egg whites, oatmeal, veggies, rice and potatoes for the most part.
- What supplements have worked for you? Glutamine and BCAA’s
- What advice would you give to aspiring athletes? You got to put your heart and soul into this or you are wasting your time and definitely your money.
- What have you learned about yourself as a physique competitor? I’m very hard on my self and I forget to look back and see how far I’ve come (I lost 48lbs for my first competition).
- What are your plans for the future? Keep competing and someday earn my Pro card.
