Alyx Luck & Jimi Sitko

My name is Alyx Luck, I am including pictures of myself and my friend Jimi Sitko. We are both vegan personal trainers. I compete as a figure and fitness model and am also a runner. He competes as a bodybuilder. My height is 5'6, weight 125 off season. He is 5'11, weight 180. We both compete regularly and I run competitively semi regularly as well as fight part time as a boxer part time in MMA style. My favorite part to train would be running bleachers and lifting for shoulders, his favorite exercise is incline dumbell press. My hobbies are fighting, running, and promoting a vegan lifestyle. I love travelling, going to unheard of places, shopping at farmer markets, health food stores, and from independent business owners. His hobbies are going to the hiking and caving as well as lifting and bodybuilding.

I got started in Fitness and Figure, by wanting to take on an athletic challenge unlike anything I had done before. I was an international competitor in endurance horseback riding events, and played rugby and ran track in college. However, I had never taken on a body altering sport, so I decided this year to challenge myself with the sport of bodybuilding.

My training philosophy, essentially would be to work hard, the only person you have to compete with is yourself. If you work hard you deserve to play hard, so I try to enjoy my workouts, while still pushing as hard as my body can handle.

My diet is vegan, as much raw as I can manage while living in the cold state of Wyoming! I would love to be completely raw someday and consider that a personal goal. I intake a lot of brown rice protein ( Sun Warrior), hemp protein, and soy proteins.

I look to find perfection within myself and strive for personal excellence. No human is perfect, but I try to follow the belief behind a one word statement, Namaste.

My advice would be to new athletes, that you can do anything you believe in, despite genetics, past mistakes, or living situations. If you word hard, believe in yourself despite everyone’s doubts, and stay true to the people who maintain loyalty to you than your dreams will come true. Stay open minded, and give everyone a chance thru your journey, if a day passes that you don't learn something, then you weren't paying attention and you missed an opportunity for greatness. And more importantly than anything else, what have you done today to make your world a better place?
