This is an ongoing group for people who believe that gradual weight loss leads to long term results. In this group we will hold each other accountable for the following.
1. We will make small but meaningful changes in diet
2. We will perform some sort of cardio daily and report to the group what our activity was
3. We will support and encourage one another 5 lbs in 30 days may not seem like a lot but it will add up quickly and you will definitely see results!
